Accessibility
Statement

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Wild Earth is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Our Commitment

Perceivable

We provide text alternatives for non-text content, captions for videos, and ensure content can be presented in different ways without losing meaning.

Operable

All functionality is available via keyboard. Users have enough time to read content, and we avoid content that could cause seizures.

Understandable

Text is readable and understandable. Pages appear and operate in predictable ways, and we help users avoid and correct mistakes.

Robust

Content is compatible with current and future user tools, including assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Standards Compliance

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some content on our site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to address these gaps, including:

  • Ensuring all images have descriptive alternative text
  • Improving keyboard navigation in interactive components
  • Adding captions to all embedded video content
  • Improving colour contrast ratios in certain sections

Assistive Technology

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 200%
  • High contrast display modes
